[Patent Abstract]

The present invention discloses a testing device and manufacturing method of radial stiffness of scroll flexture springs in a linear compressor. The testing device comprises an upper lifting lug, a positioning pin, a cover plate, a base, fixing screws, fixing nuts, a lower lifting lug, inner washers, outer washers, inner gaskets, and outer gaskets. The inner and outer edges of the scroll flexure springs are fixed by the testing device, ensuring that the force directions of both edges are strictly radial and fully overlapped, thereby minimizing force offset and bending deformation caused by scroll flexure springs when testing radial stiffness. In order to accurately measure the displacement and corresponding strength value and change trend of flexure springs after radial force, it provides accurate comparison and reference basis of measured data for the design and manufacturing of scroll flexure springs. The present invention has great significance for the optimal design of scroll flexure springs and the development of the linear compressors.
