[Patent Abstract]

The present invention discloses a compact-coupled inertance tube-type high-frequency coaxial pulse tube cryocooler and its manufacturing method. The cryocooler comprises a main base, a secondary base, a special-shaped base of the compressor, the main components of the opposed linear compressor, a left compressor casing, a right compressor casing, compressor connecting tubes, a main heat exchanger, a secondary heat exchanger, a regenerator, a pulse tube, a cold end heat exchanger, a vacuum shell, pulse tube connecting tubes, an inertance tube, a gas reservoir and a protective shell. This invention can fully utilize the structural characteristics of the coaxial pulse tube cryocoolers, inertance tube phase shifters and linear compressors, achieving compactness and high reliability of the  system. It has great significance for the practical application of coaxial pulse tube cryocoolers in special fields such as space.
