Recently, Boreas Cryogenics announced the completion of RMB fifty million in first round financing.
 

Founded in February 2018, Boreas Cryogenics is dedicated to the forefront and sub-sectors of cryogenic cooling technology. Its representative technologies include the pulse tube cryocooler, the hybrid cryocooler formed by both regenerative and recuperative cycles, and the high-capacity cryogen-free dilution refrigerator with independent intellectual property rights. The cooling temperature of typical products covers 7 mK to 300 K, and the effective cooling capacity of a single cryocooler unitranges from 1300μW@100mK to 2.8W@4.2K, 110W@20K and 1200W@77K, which has great advantages in high-end cryogenic applications such as applied superconductivity, quantum technology and infrared optoelectronics.
 

In recent years, the company has carried out the long-term and arduous independent R&D and application verification in application fields such as controlled nuclear fusion superconducting magnet cooling, extremely low temperature cooling systems for quantum computing, and low-interference, long-life cryogenic cooling required for infrared detectors. Now it has gradually gained recognition from domestic and overseas peers, upstream and downstream industrial chains, and social capital, and has entered a stage of stable, healthy and rapid development. 
 

The completed financing will provide key momentum for the improvement of the company's production chain and the expansion of production capacity. The company will take this as an opportunity to lift its development to a new level and establish its leading position in the above-mentioned high-end cryogenic application fields.
