The 18thPujiang Innovation Forum, co-organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China and the Shanghai Municipal People's Government, was successfully held in Shanghai from September 20 to 22, 2025.
During the conference, to advance the research, application, and industrialization of quantum technology, the Joint Quantum AI Initiative of Shanghai and the Shanghai Innovative Consortium for Quantum Technology and Equipment were announced, and the Shanghai Quantum Computing Application Landscape was released, which marked a new phase in Shanghai's quantum technology research, application, and industrialization. It indicates that the upstream and downstream industrial chains have been established, the industry is developing vibrantly, and economies of scale are gradually emerging.
