The present invention relates to the technical field of superfluid helium extremely-low temperature throttle cryocoolers, and discloses an extremely-low temperature cold head evaporator capable of suppressing the anti-gravity climbing of superfluid helium liquid film. The evaporator comprises a base, an evaporator body, a top cover, the first connecting pipes, the second connecting pipes, and a porous sintered interlayer, wherein the porous sintered interlayer is used to realize the separation of conventional liquid helium and superfluid liquid helium, and the top cover with good heat thermal insulation effect and its special structural design, can effectively control the pre-throttling temperature to suppress the anti-gravity climbing of the superfluid helium liquid film. This ensures the stability of the pressure and temperature in the extremely-low temperature cold head evaporator, which has a very positive significance for the practical application of extremely-low temperature throttle cryocoolers operating in the superfluid helium temperature range.
