[Patent Abstract]

The present invention discloses a diaphragm compression linear compressor system for the high-frequency pulse tube cryocooler, which comprises a coil, a magnet, an upper yoke, a lower yoke, a push rod, a diaphragm, an upper flexure spring, a lower flexure spring, a flexure spring support frame, a cylinder and a casing. The push rod, diaphragm, lower flexure spring, coil and upper flexure spring are fixed by the locking nuts. After the coil in the magnetic field is connected to an alternating current, it drives the push rod, upper flexure spring, lower flexure spring and diaphragm to vibrate, periodically compressing and expanding the gas in the cylinder to form an alternating oscillating flow to drive the cold finger of the high-frequency pulse tube refrigerator. The diaphragm compression linear compressor system for high-frequency pulse tube cryocoolers of the present invention can solve the problem of ultra-high precision processing and assembly of the piston and cylinder in the gap sealing technology of the linear compressor. On the basis of ensuring high reliability, the system reduces the cost and the difficulty of processing and assembly, and has a very positive significance for the market application of high-frequency pulse tube cryocooler.
